One-operation machining
Our production concept is based on machining the entire part in one operation on the automatic lathe without secondary operations. Our machinery, composed of CNC automatic lathes in 7 mm, 10 mm and 20 mm, all equipped with bar-loaders, meets this requirement.
Technique and benefits
This process is achieved by using all possible attachments available, such as milling, cross drilling and counter-operations for finishing both sides of the part. This philosophy reduces wasted time and avoids the problems linked with secondary operations.
